Reesa tells a touching story about her hospice patient, Jim, and how he made a lasting impact on her life.

During Jim’s last days, the Suncrest team scheduled a “Care Conference” with Jim and his family in his home. That same day, Jim knew he was going to die. Almost everyone that Jim loved was there, including Reesa and other members of the Suncrest team. However, one very important person wasn’t able to be there, and that was Jim’s wife. The Suncrest team setup a FaceTime call between Jim and his wife, and thanks to them, Jim was able to tell his wife that he loved her and say goodbye. It was the final peace of mind that he needed in order to let go, and he passed that same night. Jim’s case was a challenging one, but everyone at Suncrest loved Jim and did all they could to bring him, his wife, and his family the comfort and care they needed during that difficult time.
