Care for the Entire Family

The help and support that Suncrest Hospice offers families is not much different than the support they provide to patients. The family may not be seen five days a week by a nurse, but they will have access to a team of care givers whenever needed. Emotional and spiritual support is provided by the Chaplain. Resources and education are available from a social worker. They’ll receive grief support for at least thirteen months from a bereavement coordinator. There is so much that Suncrest Hospice does for families alongside their loved ones, because we believe the whole family deserves special attention during these times.

Family members always tell us about how grateful they are for Suncrest Hospice, because we free up their time to focus on being a daughter, or a son, or spouse, rather than a care giver.
